The hotel is situated on the N24, the main Limerick to Waterford Road, just 30 minutes from Limerick city and 5 minutes from the town of Tipperary.
By Car (from Shannon):
- From Shannon, follow the signs for Limerick (N18).
- At Limerick, follow the signs for Waterford/Tipperary (N24).
- Pass the villages of Pallasgreen, Oola and Monard.
- Approximately 1 km after passing through Monard, you will see the hotel on the right-hand side, opposite Tipperary Racecourse, at Limerick Junction.
