Directions to The Black Horse Inn: By Car (from the M20 motorway): - Leave the M20 motorway at junction 7 and take the turn off for the A249, following the signs for Sheerness. - Immediately move over into the right-hand lane and take the turn off for the village of Detling. - Go through the village to the Cock Horse pub. - Opposite the pub, there is a lane called Pilgrims Way, signposted Thurnham. The Black Horse Inn is 5 minutes’ drive, further on down the line.
Please note that you are advised not to use satellite navigation after junction 7 of the M20, as you come onto the A249, as satellite navigation systems send you the wrong side of Pilgrims Way.
