| Résidence Maeva La Socanelle is a hotel complex consists of a hotel and spacious maisonettes built around 2 large swimming pools, and features .a range of sports and leisure facilities. The Résidence offers fully furnished, ready-to-live-in apartments fitted with a fully equipped kitchen and a small, furnished terrace.
The apartment rates include flat-screen TV and access to the kids’ club and heated swimming pool. The kids’ club offers activities for children from 3 to 12 years of age based on availability.
A variety of restaurant services, including set menus, are available onsite.
Please note that from 15 July to 26 August, reservations must be for a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.
For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service.
Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check–out service is until 18:00.
Guests need to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations (tetanus, polio and dyptheria) for all children 3 to 5 years old. In case your child has not yet been vaccinated, please do so at least 48 hours prior to arrival. All proof of vaccination needs to include the date of issue.
The reception is open from :
- 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays.
- And 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 on Sundays.

BY ROAD
Paris (812 km) – Bordeaux (411 km) – Lyons (414 km)
• From Paris: take the A10 motorway to Vierzon, and then the A71 towards Clermont Ferrand. Continue on the A75 as far as Montpellier. Then take the A9 (“La Languedocienne”) towards Narbonne.
• Take the Sigean / Port-la-Nouvelle exit followed by the N.139. As you arrive in Port-la-Nouvelle, continue straight on towards Perpignan / La Palme. Take the 1st road on the left towards the beaches (“Les plages”), cross over the railway line and continue to the roundabout. Go straight on, and you will see the entrance to the MAEVA site 100 m after this roundabout, on the right.
