Guests can access the Eastern Comfort Hostel Boat 24 hours a day by means of a door code.
The reception is open daily from 08:00 until 24:00. Check-in is possible from 16:00 until 24:00. Guests must check-out before 11:00. Guests arriving earlier than the stated check-in time can leave their luggage in a secure storage room.

Travelling from the Zentraler Omnibusbahnhof (central bus station):
- Take the S-Bahn (city rail) train to the Warschauerstraße station
- Exit the station and walk left on Helen-Ernst-Straße towards Tamara-Danz-Straße
- Continue for approximately 500 metres along Tamara-Danz-Straße
- Turn right on to Mühlenstraße and continue for approximately 500 metres
