| With superb relaxation and spa facilities, this luxurious 4-star hotel opened in June 2006. While its beautiful original façade has been retained, the interior has been extensively modernised. The building’s carefully preserved historic structure houses sophisticated accommodation and interiors and a stunning in-house spa. The elegant white building is situated in a lovely century-old park in the town of Solares, well known for the properties of its waters. Solares is just 18 km from Santander and the hotel is not far from the airport with easy access by train and by road.
The elegant, romantic style of the hotel and the relaxing, luxurious atmosphere makes it ideal for a romantic or restorative break or as a lavish base for any kind of event, conference or convention. The hotel’s large in-house spa covers around 5000 m² of floor space and offers a range of relaxing and therapeutic treatments, ranging from the traditional to the latest ultramodern treatments.
The impressive bath gallery has 2 different levels and exclusive private cabins. The Roman spa is a private and relaxing space inspired by the real Roman baths and divided into 2 floors. The spa also features a Gallery of Sensations and Hidropolis, a large hydrotherapy pool covering 850 m² which is constantly kept at a temperature of between 32ºC and 34ºC. The pool is surrounded by large windows with garden views, creating a breathtaking space for relaxation.
All of these features have been carefully designed to combine health benefits, relaxation and pleasure. The spa utilises the warm thermal waters from Fuencaliente. The spa also offers a selection of treatments from simple massages to a complete programme to help you to relax and ease your cares and stress away.
Guests have access to the hotel’s gym, free of charge. There is also a children’s spa with 2 heated pools and a gift shop. Room Details
